Disc Screen

Disc Screen is designed to capture and mechanically separate the most demanding solid wastes in high and difficult flow systems. The motor is driven by the reducer group and rotated. Materials are emptied into a large chamber. It is transferred to the disc screen unit by the conveyor. The wastes collected between the discs are thrown out of the screen from a single point with the rotation effect of the discs. Due to its interlocking rotating design, it does not require screen cleaning and it does not require labor for cleaning. Disc Screen, Star Screen, Square Screen systems are a high level screening mechanical separation method. We have various production capacities according to customer demand.

As MT, we produce easy-to-use Disc Screen, Star Screen, Square Screen for recycling organic, domestic and industrial wastes. Screen type varies according to the material to be transported. Screen transport speed can be adjusted from the control panel. Quick intervention is performed in machine service and maintenance. We have disc screen, star screen and square screen production in different capacities. Efficient technology and energy are especially important for continuously running machines. MT technology enables minimum energy consumption and maximum performance.
